Our Living Huntington team was on the scene for the 2017 Huntington St. Patrick's Day Parade - the 83rd annual installment of one of the most beloved holiday traditions on Long Island
Town of Huntington Councilman Eugene Cook - an active Huntington AOH Div.4 Hibernian - was this year's Grand Marshal for what is recognized as Long Island's oldest and largest St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
The Parade Route started just north of the Huntington Train Station along New York Avenue before turning west onto Main Street and ending at Saint Patrick's Church.
The atmosphere was festive - absolutely brimming with local pride - as the parade participants made their way along the route, cheered on by Huntington residents who braved the chilly weather to take part in this memorable experience.
