The 29th Annual Evening of Food & Wine Under the Stars really was a delicious night out!
With quite a diverse and delectable spread of local fare, it was hard not to enjoy oneself!
The wine both red and white was flowing to cleanse everyone's palettes from all the fantastic flavors that were literally brought to the table all under one tent! Truly a great experience and a wonderful time were had by all!
The Huntington Historical Society's “An Evening of Food & Wine Under the Stars” is an annual event, held each September on the grounds of the Dr. Daniel Kissam house at 434 Park Avenue. It is the perfect way to contribute to the Society, and to enjoy the company of others who are interested in preserving the history of our community.
This year, there were 15+ restaurants participating from across Huntington, serving their delicious dishes while live music, raffle baskets, silent auction items, and wine and beer tastings added to the enjoyment.
The event honored Pat & Tom Ernst for 20 years of distinguished volunteerism & service and ALSO made Special Recognition to Senator Carl L. Marcellino for career-long support of the Huntington Historical Society!
