Aretha Franklin Tribute for Black History Month

February is Black History Month - a month to celebrate and remember important historic African Americans!

Come on out to the Cinema Arts Centre to celebrate the legendary Aretha Franklin on February 5 at 7:30pm.

Bill Shelley will be giving an educational lecture about one of the most beloved and iconic singers in history.

Mr. Shelley has attended many of Aretha's gospel concerts and will be sharing his knowledge of her performances!

Some of Aretha's hits include "Think", "Chain of Fools", and her most famous song "Respect".

The event costs $11 for members and $16 for public, including a reception.
