Holiday Horse and Carriage Rides in Cold Spring Harbor

Holiday Horse and Carriage Rides in Cold Spring Harbor

Brisk and salty breezes heighten the senses. There's a hint of the scent of approaching snow in the air. Live garland and evergreen wreaths accented with red ribbon adorn the local businesses. The coachman, in his top hat, directs the horses. You close your eyes for a moment and listen to the clip clop of horse-hooves against the pavement and the quiet frenzy of the joy and activity of holiday shoppers in the streets...and it's almost as if you've traveled back a century to a simpler time.

But it's not just imagination - this experience can be all yours! Just head over to the center of Cold Spring Harbor from 1-4 on this Sunday (12/18) and you'll find the free horse and carriage rides!

Park your car at the first lot on your left, unload the bikes, and you're off!
