I can't seem to locate my certificate(s). What should I do?
The certificate possibly ended up in your spam folder. Fortunately, all of your certificates are available 24/7 under the "My Orders" tab on our website. To access your certificates, simply do the following:
1. Go to http://www.livinghuntington.com
2. Top right of the home page click on “My Account” and then enter your email address & password
3. Click on the “My Orders” tab on right side of the page
4. Find your deal and click "Print Certificate" (If you have multiple certificates they will all be there available for you to print.
I can't remember my password or email address I used to setup account. How can I get this information?
Click "My Account" in the top right hand corner of our home page. Click "Forgot Password" to get an email with a temporary password. If you do not receive an email with your temporary password immediately, please check your spam/junk folder. Fill out the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
All of my certificates have the same code on them
Each certificate has a unique code. You’re most likely confusing your Order ID# with your certificate code. Your certificates code is located on the right hand side of your certificate above the BLACK & WHITE barcode. That code is ALWAYS unique and that is the code that the merchant will need in order for you to redeem.
The bar code on my certificate will NOT print. What do I do?
Make sure before you go to print that you “ALLOW All Content to be displayed”
How do I access my certificates?
You need to go to www.LivingHuntington.com , click on “My Account” on top right hand side, enter your email address & password, followed by “My Certificates”. Once you’re there you can print each certificate.
How do I know if a certificate I have purchased has been used?
In your account you can click on “Used Certificates” to see which ones were used. You can click on “Unused Certificates” to see which certificates have NOT been used.
What are these "Bonus Coupons" in my account?
The bonus coupons are additional coupons that merchants give to customers of LivingHuntington.com after a customer redeems a certificate.
Do you have a referral program; that credits money towards purchases?
NO. We donate $1.00 for every order to a local charity.
Can I get a summary of all my active Certificates?
If you login to your account at LivingHuntington.com, click on “My Account” on top right side, enter your email address & password, as soon as you enter that information you will automatically be logged into
“My Certificates” tab, you should see all of your “Used” & Unused” Certificates. You will be able to print any “Unused Certificates”
